1. General Policy

All sales made through Big Invitation are final. Due to the nature of our digital products, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and the final product has been delivered, we are unable to offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Non-Refundable Products and Services

• Digital Video Invitations: All digital video invitations, including Video Invites and Caricature Ecard/Video eInvites, are non-refundable. Once you have received the final product, the transaction is considered complete.
• Customization and Edits: Any edits or customizations requested after the final product has been delivered will require a new order and additional payment. There will be no refunds for changes, edits, or customizations after the product has been delivered.

3. Order Approval and Delivery

Before finalizing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review and approve a draft version of your video invitation. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including text, images, caricatures, and music, are correct and meet your expectations. Once the draft is approved and the final product is delivered, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

• Draft Approval: Clients are allowed unlimited revisions at the draft stage to ensure satisfaction with the product. Once the draft is approved, and the final product is generated, the order is considered complete.
• Final Delivery: Upon delivery of the final video invitation via our website, WhatsApp, or email, the order is marked as complete, and no further changes or refunds will be provided.

4. Errors and Omissions

While we strive to ensure that all video invitations are free from errors, Big Invitation is not responsible for any errors or omissions once the draft has been approved by the client. It is the client's responsibility to thoroughly review the draft for accuracy and completeness before approving the final product.

• Responsibility for Errors: Any errors or omissions identified after the final product has been delivered will require a new order and additional payment for correction. No refunds will be issued for errors approved in the draft stage.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Big Invitation understands that exceptional circumstances can occur. While we generally do not provide refunds, we will review any issues on a case-by-case basis to determine if an exception is warranted. The following circumstances will not be considered for refunds:

• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about the purchase after the final product has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
• Product Expectations: If the final product meets the specifications outlined in the draft approval stage but does not meet your expectations, no refund will be issued.
• Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues related to file delivery, we will work with you to resolve the issue, but no refund will be issued once the final product has been delivered.
