Welcome to Big Invitation! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using Big Invitation, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("you" or "your"), and Big Invitation ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. Our services are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Services Provided

Big Invitation specializes in creating digital video invitations, including but not limited to Video Invites and Caricature Ecard/Video eInvites. Our services include:

  • Automated creation of video invitations delivered within 5-10 minutes of order placement.
  • Customization of text, images, caricatures, and music as per the provided templates.

3. Delivery Time and Process

  • All video invites are typically delivered within 5-10 minutes. However, delivery times may vary during periods of high demand or unforeseen technical issues.
  • Our standard operating hours are from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM IST. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not offer custom changes outside of the features provided in our templates. All edits are restricted to the options available within the selected template.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for all orders must be made in full after delivery of our Big Invitation templates. No refunds will be issued once a final video invite has been delivered.
  • Clients are permitted to make unlimited revisions during the draft order stage. This includes changes to text, images, caricatures, and music, provided these changes are within the scope of the template.
  • Upon finalization of the draft, clients may proceed to complete their order at the price specified on our website.
  • Any changes requested after payment that involve alterations to font style, color, images, or music will require a new order and full payment.

5. Revisions and Final Deliverables

  • Once the HD version of the video invite is delivered, no further changes will be entertained.
  • Clients have the option to modify image slides, including removing, adding, or deleting them before the final video is produced.
  • All final video invites will be delivered through our website, WhatsApp, and email.

6. Order Storage and Retention Policy

  • Draft orders are automatically deleted after 5 days to optimize server storage and maintain system efficiency.
  • Completed orders are retained for 1 month before being permanently removed from our servers.
  • We do not provide access to or share open files/templates under any circumstances.

7. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property

  • All video invitations created by Big Invitation are for personal use only. You are prohibited from reselling or redistributing any videos without our explicit permission.
  • We retain all intellectual property rights for the templates and content created. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
  • The client’s invites or caricatures may be used in Big Invitation's portfolio or marketing materials unless a written request for removal is submitted and acknowledged by us.

8. Design Specifications

  • The default size for all video invitations is 1080×1920 pixels. Custom sizes or formats are not supported.
  • We do not offer printing materials or services. All products are delivered digitally.

9. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our services.

10. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Big Invitation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Big Invitation, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in India.

14. Changes to Terms

Big Invitation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
